Job Opening for Finance manager in Kanjurmarg Location-Engineering Industry
This is in relation to India Operations and the intent to strengthen Human Resource Base for India Operations. We require a Chartered Accountant with at least 10 years of post-qualification experience in MSME entity (preferably engineering / construction), in the age bracket of 35 years. The candidate should be able to drive this finance function based on Broad Directives and parameters.
Location Mumbai (Local Candidates only)
He/she is expected to possess 
Good communication skills;
Thorough knowledge of Direct and Indirect tax laws in India;
Multi-tasking skills with the aim to oversee procurement and admin function over and above his role in Finance, without compromising any of his obligations as Finance Manager;
The Manager would be responsible for several line functions including but not limited to:
Review and Finalization of General Ledger on a monthly basis and this exercise would also include preparation of financial statements and reporting analysis;
Coordination with project sites pan India, office / factory premises in Goa and Aurangabad and departments in Mumbai to ensure that all financial transactions are accounted for within deadlines;
Controls are maintained with strict adherence to process and SOPs;
Liaise with internal auditors and statutory auditors and account for completion of internal / statutory audit;
Ensure statutory compliance of companys obligations on monthly, quarterly, half yearly, yearly basis;
Ensure effective monthly reporting and quarterly reporting to the management;
Prepare financial budgets and forecast in February every year for the next financial year and monitor cash flows / finances on monthly basis against budgets;
Manage companys treasury function;
Drive the process of implementation of ERP;
