Job Description

Finance & Accounts Responsible for managing both accounts and administration work.
Responsible for smooth operations of the office.
Responsible for handling cash & cheques and depositing the same into bank on timely basis.
Responsible for preparing various MIS reports.
 
Responsible for monthly payroll and reimbursements.
 
Generating various letters like Appointment letter, Confirmation letter etc.
 
Responsible for invoicing and contracts.
Responsible for dealing with local vendors for Procurement/Repair/Maintenance of office assets.
