Job Description

Assist the MD/Sales Head in the Sales & Marketing department work as below

Phone calls to develop new customers and travelling for customer meetings, if required

Preparing and sending offers/presentations to customers

Marketing through SMS/Social Media/Whatsapp for lead generation

Assisting MD & Sales head in all of their routine work including but not limited to

  1. Coordinating with customers and vendors as per direction from the MD/Sales Head
  2. Communication with customers on behalf of the MD/Sales Head
  3. Preparation and analysis of Daily MIS of all Sales Operation like DSR, Sales team trip reports, orders dispatch and payment reports, etc.
  4. Analysis of Sales data of customers and products on a weekly basis by analysing sales reports, etc.
  5. Data Management of Customers, etc

General admn work related to travel and office
